Description

This restaurant style bread dipping oil is irresistible! It pairs perfectly with your favorite bread and will make you feel like you are eating at a fancy restaurant. This recipe comes together in less than 5 minutes and even tastes great on steak or chicken.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley (or 3 teaspoons dried)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil (or 3 teaspoons dried)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (or 2 teaspoons dried)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a medium sized shallow bowl, except for the olive oil.

2. Drizzle the olive oil over the herbs and spices and stir to combine. Add as much olive oil as desired to your preferred consistency.

3. Serve with your favorite bread. This also tastes delicious on steak or chicken.
