Description

This Homemade Honey Cinnamon Butter is sweet, creamy and tastes absolutely delicious paired with your favorite dinner rolls, banana bread, morning breakfast bagels or english muffins. The butter comes together in minutes and I guarantee you’ll be wanting to make this again and again!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Small pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until light and creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.

2. Enjoy on your favorite dinner rolls, bagels, or English muffin breakfast. Cover leftovers and store at room temperature for up to 2 days, or up to 2-3 months in the refrigerator.

Notes

  1. Salted or unsalted butter? You can use salted or unsalted butter in this recipe. If you choose to use salted butter, don’t add the pinch of salt immediately. Taste the butter to see how it tastes. The salt helps to balance and bring out the flavors.
  2. Storage – Store this butter for 2 days in an airtight container at room temperature, or 2-3 months in the refrigerator.
