Brownie cookies are quite possibly my favorite cookie mashup because they combine two classics that are always, always good – a cookie and a brownie. These brownie cookies have a delicious shiny, crackled top, just like your favorite brownies. The inside is rich, fudgy and filled with plenty of melted chocolate chips. These cookies are one of those cookies I could eat the whole tray in one sitting. They are just too good!
