Bacon Jam
This Bacon Jam is a delicious combination of savory and sweet, made by simmering bacon and onion together with a blend of maple syrup, brown sugar and vinegar. Optionally, you can add in Troegs, Troegenator beer which adds notes of caramel, dried stone fruit, and toasted grains, deeply enhancing the flavor profile of the bacon jam. This bacon jam makes a delicious topping for burgers and sandwiches.
